Community Guidelines
Everyone on TOD. is a real person - an athlete working toward their goals, a coach building a team, or a professional doing their job. These guidelines exist to make sure the platform remains a safe, honest, and productive space for all users.
Behaviour standards
Respect everyone
Treat all users - athletes, coaches, and professionals with dignity and respect. Harassment, bullying, insults, and targeted hostility toward any individual or group are prohibited.
Be honest
Represent yourself and your credentials accurately. Do not impersonate other users, organisations, or individuals. Do not create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or any other personal or career-related information.
Appropriate content only
All content such as videos, images, posts, and messages must be appropriate for a sports professional environment. Explicit, violent, or offensivematerial is not permitted.
Privacy rules
Do not share, request, or expose personal information about others without their consent. This includes home addresses, phone numbers, school schedules, financial details, or sensitive family information.
Professional conduct
Sports professionals, coaches, scouts, agents, and organizations must communicate in a sports-related, professional manner. Misleading promises about opportunities, unsolicited personal contact, or pressure tactics are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited behaviour
Spamming, phishing, scamming, coordinated manipulation, posting stolen content, or using the platform to facilitate illegal activity are all grounds for immediate account suspension.
Messaging rules
Messages sent through TOD. must meet the following requirements:
- Related to sports, talent discovery, or a legitimate professional opportunity.
- Respectful and appropriate in tone and content.
- Not requesting unnecessary personal information (home address, phone number, financial details etc.).
- Not pressuring athletes with false promises or urgent demands.
- Not continuing contact after a user has expressed disinterest.
Violations of messaging rules may result in immediate account suspension. If you receive a message that violates these rules, report it using the form on the Contact page.
What to report
If you encounter any of the following, report it to our team immediately.
- Harassment or bullying
- Fake profiles or impersonation
- Suspicious or unverified professionals
- Inappropriate messages or content
- Privacy violations
- Stolen videos or media
- Scams or misleading opportunities
- Threats or unsafe behaviour
- Underage safety concerns
Enforcement
When a community guideline violation is reported or detected, our team reviews the situation and takes appropriate action. Possible outcomes include:
- A warning or notice sent to the account
- Removal of specific content, posts, or messages
- Temporary account restriction
- Permanent account suspension for serious or repeated violations
Due to privacy reasons, we may not be able to share the outcome of a specific report. We act on all verified concerns and aim to maintain a fair and safe environment for everyone.
Appeals
If you believe an action taken against your account was a mistake, you can appeal by contacting our team through the Contact page and selecting "General Support". Provide as much context as possible. We review all appeals and will respond as quickly as we can.
