COOKIE POLICY

TOD. Platform

Last Updated: October 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Cookie Policy explains how TOD. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the TOD. platform (the “Platform”).

1.2 This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which provides further information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

1.3 Where a cookie banner or other consent mechanism is active on the Platform, your acceptance through that mechanism constitutes your consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this Cookie Policy, to the extent such consent is required by applicable law. We do not treat continued use of the Platform alone as consent to non-essential cookies or similar technologies; such technologies require your affirmative choice, which we obtain through the cookie consent mechanism described in Section 6, where implemented.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

2.1 Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website or use an application. Cookies allow the website or application to recognise your device and store certain information about your preferences or past actions.

2.2 Cookies can be “first-party” (set by the website you are visiting) or “third-party” (set by a domain other than the website you are visiting).

2.3 Cookies can be “session” cookies (which are deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them).

2.4 In addition to cookies, we may use other similar tracking technologies, such as web beacons (also known as pixels or clear GIFs), local storage, and software development kits (SDKs) in our mobile applications. References to “cookies” in this Cookie Policy include these similar technologies unless stated otherwise.

3. HOW WE USE COOKIES

We use cookies for the following general purposes:

  • (a) to ensure the Platform functions correctly and securely;

  • (b) to remember your preferences and settings;

  • (c) to authenticate your identity and maintain your session;

  • (d) to understand how you use the Platform, so we can improve its performance and features;

  • (e) to measure the effectiveness of our communications; and

  • (f) in the future, to deliver relevant advertisements and measure their effectiveness.

4. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE

4.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take on the Platform, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or filling in forms. Without these cookies, the Platform would not operate properly.

These cookies do not require your consent under applicable law.

session_id TOD. Maintains user session after login Session
csrf_token TOD. Protects against cross-site request forgery attacks Session
cookie_consent TOD. Stores your cookie consent preferences 1 year
[Reserved — to be completed following verification of the Platform’s current session/authentication storage mechanism, which may use bearer tokens rather than a cookie] TOD. Authenticates your identity and maintains login state 30 days

4.2 Functional Cookies

These cookies enable the Platform to provide enhanced functionality and personalisation. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have integrated into the Platform. If you do not allow these cookies, some or all of these features may not function properly.

Cookie Name Provider Purpose Duration
language_pref TOD. Stores your language preference 1 year
ui_settings TOD. Remembers interface settings and display preferences 1 year
[Reserved — to be completed if and when video playback functionality is confirmed to set a cookie, with the verified name] [Reserved — to be completed once a video hosting provider, if any, is confirmed] Enables video playback functionality for highlight videos Session

4.3 Analytics Cookies

These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of the Platform. They help us understand which pages and features are the most popular and how users navigate the Platform.

As of the date of this Cookie Policy, we do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party web analytics cookie on the Platform. We do carry out first-party usage analysis, including the profile-view recording described in our Privacy Policy, which does not rely on the analytics cookies described in this Section 4.3. If we introduce a third-party analytics tool that uses cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy with the verified cookie names, provider, purpose, duration, and applicable consent mechanism before that tool is activated.

Should we adopt a third-party analytics provider in the future, we will describe that provider’s use of your data, the applicable privacy policy, and any privacy-protective settings we apply in an updated version of this Cookie Policy published before the provider is activated.

4.4 Advertising and Targeting Cookies

As of the date of this Cookie Policy, we do not use advertising or targeting cookies. However, we may introduce advertising features in the future, at which point we will:

  • (a) update this Cookie Policy to include details of the advertising cookies used;

  • (b) obtain your prior consent before placing advertising cookies on your device;

  • (c) provide you with the ability to opt out of advertising cookies through our cookie consent mechanism; and

  • (d) not target Minor Users with behavioural advertising.

5. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

5.1 As of the date of this Cookie Policy, we are not aware of any cookies placed by third-party analytics, advertising, or video-hosting providers through the Platform. Where we verify that a specific third-party cookie is in use, we will list it in the tables in Section 4 with its actual name, provider, purpose, and duration.

5.2 If we introduce a verified third-party cookie in the future, we will not control the cookies set by that third party directly, and we will direct you to that third party’s privacy and cookie policies for further information at the time we introduce it.

5.3 As of the date of this Cookie Policy, we have not verified any third-party service integrated into the Platform that sets cookies. If this changes, we will update this Section with the verified third-party service, its provider, and its purpose.

6. COOKIE CONSENT

6.1 In accordance with the ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended) and applicable national implementing legislation, we obtain your consent before placing any cookies on your device that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform.

6.2 Where a cookie consent banner is deployed on the Platform, it is displayed when you first visit and allows you to:

  • (a) accept all cookies;

  • (b) reject all non-essential cookies; or

  • (c) customise your cookie preferences by category (functional, analytics, and, when available, advertising).

6.3 Where implemented, you may change your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings accessible via [LOCATION OF COOKIE SETTINGS CONTROL TO BE CONFIRMED FOLLOWING IMPLEMENTATION]. As of the date of this Cookie Policy, this control is not yet confirmed as implemented; we will update this Section with the verified location before relying on it as the means of exercising your cookie choices.

6.4 Withdrawing consent to non-essential cookies will not affect the functionality of strictly necessary cookies, but may limit certain features of the Platform.

7. MANAGING COOKIES THROUGH YOUR BROWSER

7.1 In addition to the cookie consent mechanism on the Platform, you can manage cookies through your web browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • (a) view the cookies stored on your device;

  • (b) delete all or selected cookies;

  • (c) block all cookies or only third-party cookies; and

  • (d) configure notifications when cookies are set.

7.2 Instructions for managing cookies in common browsers:

  • (a) Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data

  • (b) Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data

  • (c) Apple Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data

  • (d) Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Cookies and site data

7.3 Please note that blocking or deleting cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform and your user experience.

7.4 As of the date of this Cookie Policy, we do not use Google Analytics, so the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on is not applicable to the Platform. If we introduce a third-party analytics tool in the future, we will provide the applicable opt-out instructions in this Section.

8. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. The Platform does not currently respond to DNT signals. If an industry standard is adopted in the future, we will update our practices accordingly.

9. COOKIES AND MINOR USERS

9.1 We are committed to protecting the privacy of Minor Users. We apply the following principles to the use of cookies for Minor Users:

  • (a) we set only strictly necessary and functional cookies for Minor Users by default;

  • (b) if we introduce an analytics cookie or similar technology in the future, it will be enabled for Minor Users only with the consent of the Minor User (or their Parent/Guardian, where required);

  • (c) we do not use advertising or targeting cookies for Minor Users; and

  • (d) we do not build advertising profiles based on Minor Users’ browsing behaviour.

10. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

10.1 We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Cookie Policy on the Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date. Where the changes require your consent, we will request it through the cookie consent mechanism.

10.2 We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically.
