-
(d) We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
3.3 Parental Consent and Minor Accounts
-
(a) Where parental consent is required under applicable law or these Terms, a Parent/Guardian must create or approve the Minor User’s Account through the verification process designated by the Platform.
-
(b) By providing consent, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees to these Terms on behalf of the Minor User and accepts responsibility for the Minor User’s use of the Platform.
-
(c) Parents/Guardians of Minor Users may at any time access, review, and manage the Minor User’s Account, including the ability to:
-
(i) review Content posted by the Minor User;

(iii) restrict certain features or functionalities; and
-
(iv) request deletion of the Minor User’s Account and associated data.

-
(a) Athlete Users may create a Profile containing personal information, athletic statistics, performance data, photographs, and highlight videos.
-
(b) Athlete Users may use the Platform to connect with other users, post Content, send and receive messages, and make their Profile discoverable to Organization Users.

(a) The Company may offer optional or mandatory verification for certain Account types.
-
(b) Verification does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by the Company regarding any user or the accuracy of any user’s Profile.
5. PLATFORM SERVICES AND FEATURES
5.1 Core Features
The Platform provides the following core features, which may be available on a free or limited basis:
-
(a) profile creation and management for Athlete Users and Organization Users;
-
(b) upload and display of athletic statistics, performance data, and highlight videos;

5.2 Premium Features
-
(a) Premium Features are features of enhanced functionality that may be made available to you, including but not limited to enhanced Profile visibility and priority placement in search results, advanced search, filtering, and analytics tools, increased storage capacity for video content, and access to additional Platform features as described on the Platform. Access to Premium Features may be granted to you by the Company on an administrative basis, awarded to you as a prize in connection with a competition conducted under Section 6A, or, if and when a Premium Subscription becomes available for purchase, obtained by subscribing. We will clearly identify, at the point access is granted, whether your Premium access is a grant, a prize, or a paid subscription, and its applicable duration.
-
(b) The availability, scope, duration, and any pricing of Premium Features may vary and are subject to change. Where Premium access is granted or awarded rather than purchased, it is time-bound and will expire on the date notified to you at the time of grant, unless extended, renewed, or revoked earlier. The Company may revoke a Premium grant or prize before its stated expiration where you have breached these Terms, where the grant was awarded in error, or where required by applicable law, and will where reasonably practicable notify you of the reason for revocation. Where you hold overlapping Premium entitlements (for example, a grant and a prize, or a grant and a paid subscription once available), the entitlements will run concurrently and the longer expiration date will apply, unless stated otherwise at the time of grant.
5.3 Beta and Experimental Features
-
(a) The Platform may offer beta, pilot, or experimental features (“Beta Features”) that are still in development. Beta Features are provided “as is” and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
-
(b) By using Beta Features, you acknowledge that they may contain errors, be incomplete, or perform differently than expected.
6. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS (IF AND WHEN OFFERED)
6.0 Applicability. This Section 6 describes the terms that will apply if and when the Company introduces a paid Premium Subscription available for purchase. As of the date of these Terms, no paid Premium Subscription is available, and Premium access is instead provided through the grant and prize mechanisms described in Section 5.2 and Section 6A. We will update this Section with the actual seller details, pricing and tax presentation, and applicable consumer withdrawal rules before any paid Premium Subscription is offered for purchase.
6.1 Subscription Plans
-
(a) Premium Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, annual, or other periodic basis, as specified at the time of purchase.
-
(b) By purchasing a Premium Subscription, you authorise the Company to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
6.2 Pricing and Payment
-
(a) All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
-
(b) The Company reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following reasonable prior notice.
6.3 Cancellation
-
(a) You may cancel your Premium Subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to Premium Features until that date.
-
(b) No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
6.4 Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Users)
-
(a) This Section 6.4 will apply once a paid Premium Subscription is available for purchase. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you will have the right to withdraw from a Premium Subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
-
(b) If you have expressly consented to the immediate provision of the digital content or Services and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal will not apply once the Services have been fully performed.
-
(c) To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to the contact details provided in Section 21.
6A. COMPETITIONS AND PROMOTIONS
6A.1 Participation
-
(a) From time to time, the Company may operate competitions, prize draws, or other promotions on the Platform (each, a “Competition”) in which you may earn entries or qualify for prizes through activity on the Platform, such as sustained use, streaks, or referrals.
-
(b) Each Competition is governed by separate, standalone competition rules (the “Competition Rules”) published at the time the Competition is launched. The Competition Rules will specify, at a minimum: the organizer; eligible territories; eligible ages and roles and any parental participation requirements; the opening, cutoff, and draw dates and the applicable time zone; the qualifying actions, entry caps, and any weighting applied to entries; whether entry involves any purchase; the nature, value, and duration of any prize; how winners are selected and, where relevant, the odds of winning; grounds for disqualification; the effect of withdrawing from the Platform or the Competition; the Company’s rights to cancel or postpone a Competition; prize delivery and claim deadlines; any applicable taxes; how to raise a complaint; and winner publicity.
-
(c) In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Competition Rules for a specific Competition, the Competition Rules will govern in relation to that Competition.
6A.2 Competition Privacy Notice
The personal data processed in connection with a Competition, including activity and streak data, referral relationships, qualification records, eligibility checks, draw results, and prize history, is described in a separate competition privacy notice published alongside the applicable Competition Rules, and in the relevant sections of our Privacy Policy. Participation in a Competition does not constitute consent to any other processing, including optional product analytics.
6A.3 No Guarantee of Outcome
Participation in a Competition does not guarantee that you will receive a prize. Where winners are selected using an automated or weighted selection process, the Company will explain how that process works in the applicable Competition Rules.
